Yvonne leads the ESG and Diversity and Inclusion portfolios at Purpose Union. Her experience spans the third sector, government as well as global corporates. Yvonne started her career in central government and has worked in several key policy areas including education and housing. From Melbourne, Australia, she has worked with teams around the world moving expertly between different cultural contexts.

With experience working for both in-house communications teams as well as specialist consulting agencies, her clients have included Hitachi, Ikea, Bayer, Bauer Media as well as charities and government.

Passionate about diversity and inclusion, Yvonne was named a global HERoes Future Female Leader in 2020, as sponsored by Yahoo Finance and INvolve. She was celebrated along with 100 other inspirational women around the world who are making a significant contribution to workplace gender equality.

Yvonne is currently an Associate Board Member of Thrive Homes, a 5000 home housing association dedicated to providing affordable housing.
She holds a BA in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Melbourne and an MA in Communications from RMIT University.
