We can run a capacity building programme with you to equip your ERG Networks with the tools they need to thrive. Over 8 weeks, ERG Leaders and members will be supported to shape their identity, identify their communications approach and develop their authentic voice. Participants will leave the programme with key skills to successfully run an ERG Network, collaborate across networks and interact with senior leaders.
